How to Order

A number of pieces are available to purchase directly from the online shop. We have a number of items that are 'In Stock' and ready for shipping. 

Most items are 'Made to Order'. Each piece being handmade to your specific requirements.

Many of our headpieces have an option to be made in a colour of your choice. If you need a specific colour matching please leave a comment at the checkout page and email info@katiemangan.co.uk ideally with a picture of your desired colour.

We also offer a bespoke service which means you can have totally unique piece created for you. Please see the 'Bespoke Service' page.

 

Timescales

Details of the time taken to complete your piece are stated in the product information when buying online. These are a guide of the longest time it will take to make your piece but we aim to get it to you as quickly as possible. Once your piece is complete we will e-mail you to let you know it’s on its way.

Please note that bespoke orders do take longer to make so please allow 3 - 4 weeks. This may be subject to change during busy periods but we will advise and liaise with you directly to confirm dates.

Delivery

Items sent within the United Kingdom are sent using Royal Mail Signed For service. Allow 1-4 days for delivery.

Items with a value of £50 and over will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service guarantees your item to arrive with you by 1pm the next working day. 

Items sent within Europe are sent using International Royal Mail Signed For service. Allow 5-8 days for delivery.

Items sent outside Europe are sent using International Royal Mail Signed For service. Allow 10-14 days for delivery.

All these services will require a signature. Full details are outlined in our T&C’s.


Payment

All payments for on-line purchases are taken using a secure payment system with either credit/debit cards or through PayPal.

If you have arranged an appointment for our bespoke service, cash can be accepted as method of payment.

 

Returns/Exchanges

We are able to accept returns / exchanges on items that are available ‘in stock’ within our on-line shop and this will be noted where possible. These items can be returned within 14 days of delivery providing it has been unworn with all labels intact and in its original packaging. 

We are unable to offer a refund / exchange on items made to order, that have been customised or are a bespoke order. This includes items within the online shop that have been ordered with specific requirements.

In the unlikely event that a piece is found faulty we’ll cover all costs involved in exchanging it.
