Refund Policy

Katie Mangan Millinery produces headwear in limited editions, with many designs released as one-of-one pieces. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Returns (UK & International)

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Items must then be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unworn
• In original condition
• Free from makeup, marks or damage
• Returned in original packaging

Due to the nature of headwear, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or handling that affects resale.

Return shipping costs (including international returns) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Original shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

One-of-One & Limited Editions

Many pieces are released as singular designs or in extremely limited quantities. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Pre-Orders

Where items are purchased on a pre-order basis, estimated delivery times will be stated at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 14 days of placing the order, provided production has not commenced. Once production has begun, pre-orders are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bespoke or made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable, as they are created specifically to client requirements, unless faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
