As many pieces are released in limited editions or as one-of-one designs, orders are processed promptly to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Processing Times

Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 2 working days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order items will be dispatched within the timeframe specified on the product page.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

UK orders are sent via tracked and signed delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using tracked and signed services.

Delivery times vary depending on destination but typically range from 5–10 working days from dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and additional charges depending on the destination country. Katie Mangan Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. Katie Mangan Studio is not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party delivery services. However, we will assist where possible in liaising with the courier.
